Shoshana Rosenberg, AIGP, AIGA, IGP, CIPP/US/A/C,/E, CIPM,  CDPS, is SVP, Chief AI Governance and Privacy Officer, Deputy General Counsel at WSP in the U.S., and  Co-Founder of Women in AI Governance (WiAIG), with experience across all aspects of corporate  law. She is a Navy veteran, an Inclusion by Design advocate, and an  international privacy law devotee who served as the global privacy lead  and CPO for professional services firms for more than a decade.  

As a Computer Forensics and eDiscovery expert, David Greetham has been  delivering investigation excellence and expert witness testimony for over 25 years. He has been at the forefront of this ever-evolving field,  authoring standards that set the grounds for effective investigation  and inventing tools that revolutionize the field.
Computer  forensics, a branch of digital forensic science, pertains to legal  evidence found in computers and digital storage media.  Anything that  can store data is subject to digital forensics including the current  explosion in mobile technology use.

David's passion for computer forensics began in the early 90’s as electronic evidence was becoming more prevalent in investigations.
Since  those early days, he has conducted the forensic examinations of  thousands of computer systems involved in data theft, Internet misuse,  alleged spoliation, fraud, murder and child exploitation, on behalf of  plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters, David has provided  consulting regarding electronic evidence and expert witness testimony  in cases in the Americas, Europe and Asia. 

Leigh Zidwick CIGO, CIP is Senior Director of  Information Governance at the law firm  DLA Piper LLP (US). She specializes in partnering with clients and  internal teams to develop and implement strategic information governance  and records management programs. With over 30 years in the legal  industry and more than 20 years focused on information governance, she's  honed her expertise in business process improvement, risk management, and  stakeholder collaboration.

Her goal is to deliver tailored,  efficient solutions that integrate seamlessly into each organization’s  existing workflows with minimal disruption. She believes that balancing  people, process, and technology is key to creating governance programs  that are practical, sustainable, and effective. Clear communication is  at the core of Leigh's  approach—She works to bridge gaps between stakeholders,  ensuring alignment and shared goals at every stage.

 

Kerry Barker is AI Governance Lead: Analysis &  Reviews (Responsible Innovation) at Google. As the primary AI Governance team, the team is responsible for operationalizing Google’s AI Principles. They independently and objectively assess product launches against each of the AI Principles to ensure a net positive end impact on users and  society. The team also provides socio-technical advice and conducts  fairness and safety testing (red teaming) to ensure Google’s  technologies are not reflecting or perpetuating sociological or  socioeconomic inequalities, in support of Google’s AI Principles  (https://ai.google/responsibility/principles/).

Ms. Barker is a cross-functional  policy, governance and compliance expert with ~20 years experience  developing and leading global policies, AI governance bodies, enforcement practices and processes, trust and safety initiatives (user  safety, child safety, fraud, risk and abuse prevention, detection and  enforcement), and legal sensitive issues. She has extensive experience building  and managing operational, support and investigations teams, internal  tools and global enforcement programs.
Kerry is also a Quantum Founding Member of Women in AI Governance, and serves as  Tech Ecosystem Chapter Lead.  She will be participating in the AI Governance Executive Forum on Monday, and will appear on an AI Governance panel discussion. 

Harveer Singh is Chief Data Officer at Truist, a major U.S. bank (formerly Suntrust and BB & T).  At Truist, his focus is on pioneering cloud migration and maximizing client relationships while improving client experiences across digital and retail channels through Data and AI. His previous tenure as Chief Data Architect at Western Union cemented a robust foundation in orchestrating large-scale data strategies and cloud applications, contributing to transformative financial solutions.

Recognized  for exceptional leadership, Mr. Singh has been honored as an  DataIQ Top 100 Influencer, and  & Outstanding 50 Asian American in  Business. His commitment to advancing financial inclusion is unwavering,  leveraging data to empower economic stability. Paul-Marie Carfantan is Senior Manager, AI Governance - Third Party Risk Management  at CVS Health, and also is founder and head of the  Responsible AI Reading Group, an AI Los Angeles initiative, that brings together  professionals, researchers, policymakers, and enthusiasts to foster safe  and ethical AI practices via education, advocacy, and networking.  Paul-Marie is an Executive Leader in Responsible Innovation with a decade of experience in  significant roles at Google AI, CVS Health, Deloitte and Dataiku. 

 His vision is shaped by hands-on experience  driving responsible innovation across research, consulting, software,  and multiple industries—bridging business and technology.

At the  intersection of technology, strategy, and responsible innovation, he helps organizations harness AI and emerging technologies—not just as tools,  but as engines for sustainable and scalable impact.

Over the past  decade, Mr. Carfantan led high-impact initiatives across industries, working  with organizations like Google AI, CVS Health, and Macquarie to shape AI  governance, deploy cutting-edge solutions, and future-proof  decision-making in an era of rapid transformation. His expertise lies in connecting technical depth with strategic foresight, ensuring that AI is  a competitive advantage—not a risk. 

Saima Fancy is a  Senior Privacy Specialist - Legal, Governance, Privacy & Risk, at Ontario Health in Toronto, Canada. She is a Privacy Engineering expert and cybersecurity specialist, as well as an AI & Data Governance Leader, chairing the Canada chapter of Women in AI Governance, and the Toronto chapter of IAPP.  Saima is a former Twitter Privacy Engineer, and she frequently champions women and girls in STEM.

 As a Senior Privacy Specialist, she applies applies her engineering and legal background to conduct privacy impact assessments, advise project teams, and implement risk mitigation strategies. She has over 20 years of experience in various sectors, including engineering,  biochemistry, law, data, and information privacy and security. She holds a CIPP and three Privacy Engineering certifications, demonstrating my  commitment to the privacy profession and continuous learning.
She is passionate about advocating for the privacy rights of consumers.  She has a proven track record of facilitating and supporting internal and  external multidisciplinary partnerships, while demonstrating exceptional  collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills. She has sound knowledge of various privacy legislation and regulations, such as GDPR,  HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, PCIDSS amongst others. Saima is adept at reviewing  case law and supporting GRC management programs, and also experienced  in navigating data life cycle, leveraging encryption and tokenization  processes, and enforcing privacy policies and procedures. 

Amy Sowder is a Senior Compliance Analyst at FedEx. She is a Privacy and Information Governance professional responsible for designing and operationalizing the Global PIG program across FedEx. She develops, leads, and maintains records and  information management (RIM) program at FedEx Corporation and across the FedEx  enterprise. Ms. Sowder also provides support to the Corporate Integrity and Compliance  group in the implementation and management of compliance programs. Her responsibilities include advising FedEx operating companies and international regions on compliance with records and information management program; developing  and maintaining RIM policies, procedures, training, communications, and  other reference materials;  collaborating with stakeholders to influence  change and promote best RIM practices across the Enterprise; identifying, developing, and maintaining RIM tools and program metrics; and, assembling, drafting, and disseminating regular updates to  stakeholders and executives.  Her session is on, "Data Ethics in the Real-world."

Dr. Darryl  Carlton is AI Policy & Compliance Director at Pathfinder.ai. Hailing from Australia, he is an AI Governance Thought Leader, and bestselling author in Cybersecurity & AI Governance. His recent book is, "AI Governance: Applying AI Policy and Ethics through Principles and Assessment (2024). He helps organizations navigate the complexities of  responsible AI adoption. He transforms challenging IT project disputes  into collaborative resolutions as a specialized Dispute Resolution consultant and Expert Witness. With deep technical knowledge and  objective analysis, Dr. Darryl helps organizations navigate complex disagreements,  reduce litigation costs, and salvage valuable business relationships.  Whether testifying in court proceedings or facilitating mediated  solutions, his expertise clarifies technical complexities while  protecting  interests and project investments. He assists organizations in navigating AI and digital transformation as a SaaS  pioneer who's guided Fortune 500 companies through AI governance. He has decades of relevant experience, having founded the world's first Cloud Computing  company. He is now  focused on helping boards and executives develop robust AI governance  frameworks, combining strategic vision with hands-on experience across  financial services, healthcare, and government sectors. 

 Kumar Melam is Director of Data Science at Cardinal Health, leading Enterprise AI and Governance. He  pioneered the AI TRIAD Framework, enabling strategic, scalable, and  responsible AI adoption. With real-world experience driving dollar in value  with 20% to 40% operational efficiencies, Kumar empowers organizations  to transform vision into impact through governance, innovation, ethical  AI execution, and enterprise-wide enablement for long-term  transformation.  His session is entitled, " Operationalizing Responsible AI: Governance, Strategy, and the AI- TRIAD Framework in Action."

Fion Lee-Madan is a technology leader and innovator with over 25 years of experience in telecommunications, e-commerce, 

and artificial intelligence. As Co-Founder and COO of Fairly AI, she drives AI governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, 

earning recognition as a Globe and Mail Best Executive in 2023. With a global career spanning North America and Asia, she has held technical roles at Nortel Networks, Sapient, and Intuit, specializing in emerging technologies and digital transformation. A strong advocate for diversity in tech, Fion mentors young innovators and contributes to AI trust and safety efforts worldwide through organizations like Partnership on AI, 

AI Verify Foundation, and Vector Institute. She holds an Honours BSc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Boston University. Her session is, "AI Governance for Executives: Why AI Governance is More than Just a Compliance Checklist."

 Chris Surdak is a hands-on leader in digital  transformation with extensive experience guiding organizations into the  elite five percent that succeed in their transformation efforts. As an  expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance and Controls, Chris  Surdak helps businesses navigate the complex intersection of  technology, business strategy, legal compliance, and regulatory  frameworks to ensure seamless and effective implementation.

Arlette Walls IGP, CIGO, is Global Records & Information Manager at Iron Mountain. She is an accomplished Certified Information Governance Officer with experience leading global and cross functional  IG initiatives, in the complex landscapes of the biotech and information  management industries.

She engages, and connects the dots - her expertise resides in assessing, identifying risks and gaps, and  designing solutions from both a linear and non-linear perspective to generate positive results and enable business leaders to take smart  risk-based approaches to decision-making. 

Ms. Walls loved to learn and share her knowledge - by continuously learning and  staying informed and relevant,she leverages a deep knowledge of industry  best practices/standards and use of emerging technologies to promote  information governance and risk management. She designs and provides  training and awareness on information management programs and processes. 

On  a personal level, her career and education have been very eclectic.  She is originally from Belgium and French speaking.  She moved, with her family, from military base to military base, including several years in Japan and in Hawaii. The constant moving prompted her to reinvent herself at each new  location, and to acquire new skills and new knowledge.  She considered  each one of those jobs as a learning opportunity, especially when it  included immersion in a new culture.  It also allowed her to volunteer  with great organizations that provide invaluable support to the communities she lived in.  Her session is entitled, "Generative AI: It's All About the Prompt."

Tania Bryant is Senior Counsel, Cybersecurity & Technology Regulation  at Marsh McLennan. She is a cybersecurity attorney and speaker with over 15 years of experience advising executives on cybersecurity law, data security, and regulatory compliance. 

An Air Force veteran, she has served in roles across the DOJ, DHS, FDIC, and the private sector, tackling cyber risk, incident response, and emerging tech regulations. She currently leads the Cybersecurity and Technology Regulation program at Marsh McLennan, 

shaping global cyber policy and resilience strategies.
 

Barry Brueseke is VP of Security & Compliance with eVisit, a telehealth company. He has over thirty years’ experience in IG, privacy, security,and  ECM and business process

redesign, the last ten working on Cybersecurity projects. Mr. Brueseke focuses on

helping organizations define the control framework appropriate to their

organization, evaluate their security posture relative to those controls and prioritize

remediation activities based on assessments of people, process and technology.

Mr. Brueseke has worked with organizations such as San Diego Health Connect,

Antelope Valley Hospital, Anchor General Insurance Company, Mitsubishi UJF Trust

& Banking, Hewlett Packard, the Air National Guard and others including clients in

health, finance, education, and multinational corporations. Mr. Brueseke's diverse experience in business and computing environments, forms

processing, and Cybersecurity gives him a unique perspective on business problems

with insight into creative ways of solving them. Mr. Brueseke specializes in assisting

clients through the process of control framework selection, GAP analysis, security

assessment, vendor selection and remediation planning.

His session is entitled, "Generative AI: It's All About the Prompt."
 

Dr. Jack Freund is a leading voice in cyber risk measurement and  management. He is an expert at using risk quantification to implement,  mature, and sell information risk and security programs. Jack is  currently serving as Director, Risk Science at RiskLens and previously  worked for TIAA as Director, Cyber Risk, and Kovrr, as Chief Risk Officer. .

Jack holds a PhD in Information Systems, Masters in Telecom and  Project Management, and a BS in CIS. He holds the CISSP, CISA, CISM,  CRISC, CIPP, and PMP designations. Jack has been named a Senior Member  of the ISSA, IEEE, and ACM, a Visiting Professor, Academic Advisory  Board member, and IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy. He is the 2018  recipient of ISACA’s John W. Lainhart IV Common Body of Knowledge Award,  the FAIR Institute’s 2018 FAIR Champion Award, and Nova  Southeastern University’s Distinguished Alumni Award.

The book Jack co-authored on quantifying risk (Measuring and Managing  Information Risk: A FAIR Approach) was inducted into the Cybersecurity  Canon in 2016. Jack’s writings have appeared in the ISSA Journal,  Homeland Security Today, and he currently writes a column for the @ISACA  newsletter.

Nigel McClammy is Managing Partner of InfoGov.com. He and his companies discover,  protect, and monetize information by collaborating with strategic  business partners, organizational change management, intellectual  capital management, and technology innovation. Nigel achieves data  driven results, builds and manages cross-functional teams, and provides  solutions to deliver the right information to the right person, at the  right time, in the most efficient manner possible.

Nigel  McClammy is an entrepreneur and information governance executive with  over 25 years of experience in the field.  He began his career in  information technology in 1995 while obtaining his degrees in  International Affairs and Political Science. After founding his first  company in 2000, he acquired 13 years experience in IT consulting and  industry work in government, education, and healthcare. Nigel became an  advocate for Information Governance (InfoGov) while supporting his first  e-discovery forensics case in 2008. Since then, he expanded his  experience from IT to Cybersecurity, Data, and Privacy, across  industries such as financial services, consumer products, and more. He  has advised companies and individuals on data protection, including  working with teams on some of the largest data breach remediation cases  and assessments in the United States.

Tom Corey, Esq., CRM, CIPP/US, CIPM, serves as Of Counsel at Gunster.  A lawyer by education and training, and a consultant by nature and experience, Tom works to assist organizations with their information governance, privacy, and artificial intelligence governance programs. Tom takes a complex array of laws, regulations, and requirements and strives to create policies, procedures, and programs that are easy to understand, implement, and monitor. Regularly sought after for his thought leadership, Tom has spoken and written on a variety of information governance topics, including the intersection of information governance with privacy and artificial intelligence, global and international issues associated with information governance, and topics associated with ethics in the industry.  

  Dera Nevin is  Managing Director at FTI Consulting. She is a data lawyer and expert with more than 20 years of experience addressing digital risk issues, including privacy, data protection, information risk management, e-discovery and the application of emerging technologies to the delivery of legal services and compliance programs. Supporting clients in the U.S. and Canada, Ms. Nevin specializes in applying artificial intelligence, automation and synthetic data strategies to complex client challenges. She is also an experienced client advisor in the field of AI governance and the risk and opportunities at the intersection of AI and data privacy.
 

Joe Shepley is  Managing Director @ Alvarez & Marsal . With more than 20  years of information governance experience, Mr. Shepley has performed  records and information management assessments, program modernization,  benchmarking and large scale data cleanup. He has helped organizations  design and implement successful information governance programs, with a  focus on meeting the retention and disposal requirements of U.S. and  global regulations, such as California’s CPRA, the GDPR in the E.U. and  NYDFS 500.13.

Mr. Shepley has worked with clients across a range of industries,  including healthcare, life sciences, financial services, energy, retail,  manufacturing and insurance.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shepley spent three years with Ankura  Consulting Group in Chicago, where he most recently served as Senior  Managing Director. In this role, he designed and launched the Records  and Information Management service line. Before that, he spent nine  years at Doculabs, Inc as a Vice President and Practice Leader.

Mr. Shepley earned a bachelor’s degree in English, religious studies  and philosophy from Connecticut College and a master’s degree and a PhD  in the history of Christianity from the University of Chicago. He is a  Certified Information Privacy Professional U.S.; a member of the  International Association of Privacy Professionals; an Advisor for the  Health Sector Coordinating Council Working Group – Risk Assessment  (TG-2); on the planning committee of the Western Energy Institute.
 

 John Goff is a Managing Director within FTI Technology’s Information Governance, Privacy & Security (IGP&S) practice and is based in Atlanta. John is an expert in helping corporations develop and implement a wide range of information governance and e-discovery programs to reduce the costs and risk of enterprise data. John’s experience within a Global 500 firm includes identifying sensitive information for remediation, conducting vendor risk assessments, bringing e-discovery software and processes in-house, developing and implementing social media policies and cyber risk response plans, updating records management and legal holds programs, and operationalizing e-discovery for easier cross-department cost transparency and billing. With a background in IT, John is adept at collaborating across IT, legal and information security teams to produce practical results.

Joanna Kennedy is Global Group Data Governance Officer at Fullsight.org, an aerospace conglomerate in the U.K. She was shortlisted for PICCASO Executive of the Year 2024,  and she holds numerous prestigious certifications, including Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), Data Protection Practitioner (PC.dp GDPR), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E). She was also among the first globally to achieve AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification

 and is a recognized Responsible AI Professional. She is currently studying for her Masters in Law. Her session is entitled, "Unlocking GenAI’s Potential—Without Unlocking Risk."

Nick Berenato  is Information Governance Principal at Cozen O'Connor. He is an attorney that focuses his practice on information governance and electronic discovery in the construction, higher education, financial services, antitrust, government investigations, white-collar, insurance defense, and health care and life sciences industries. 

His session is entitled, "Finding the Needles in a Haystack: An Approach to Legal Research for Recordkeeping."
